What is it? Kelp is a sea vegetable that has concentrated sources of minerals, such as: iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. Kelp as a source of iodine helps in making thyroid hormones necessary for maintaining metabolism in all cells of the body. It can be used in conjunction with an iodine deficiency also.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
