What is it? Valerian is a plant grown wild all over Europe. The root is used for medicinal purposes. Common uses for valerian is in conjunction with insomnia anxiety.
CAUTION: Do NOT use while driving or operating heavy equipment or if you have low blood pressure.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
