Choline & Inositol by Solaray contains 250 mg of each dietary supplement.
Choline is now considered an essential nutrient, needed for cell membrane integrity and to facilitate the movement of fats in and out of cells. It is also a component of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and is needed for normal brain functioning, particularly in infants.
Choline participates in many functions involving cellular components called phospholipids
Inositol is required for proper formation of cell membranes. It affects nerve transmission and helps in transporting fats within the body.
Ingredients - per capsule:
- Choline (as Choline Bitartrate) 250 mg
- Inositol 250 mg
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule) and magnesium stearate.
