    What is it? Valerian is a plant that grows wild all ove Europe. The root is most commonly used for medicinal purposes. A Greek physician used Valerian root for medical problems like: digestive problems, nausea, liver problems, and urinary tract disorders. Valerian has been used for centuries as a common sedative for insomnia, and nervous disorders.

    It is most commonly used today for Anxiety, and Insomnia.

    CAUTION: Do NOT use while driving or operating heavy equipment.

    Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 or 3 capsules two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
