    What is it? Valerian grows wild all over Europe. The root of the plant is used medicinally. It usually is used in connection with insomnia and anxiety.

    CAUTION: Do NOT use while driving or operating heavy equipment or if you have low blood pressure.

    Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 capsules a day with meals or a glass of water.
