Gotu Kola is a ground hugging plant that grows in the tropical swamps of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, South Africa, and Eastern Europe. The roots and leaves are used medicinally, and can be used in connection with: minor injuries, wound healing, minor burns, Chronic Venous insufficiency, scars, scleroderma, skin ulcers and varicose veins.
Ginko Biloba is the world's longest living species of a tree and grows in Eastern and Southern US, and in China. The leaves are used in connection with age-related cognitive decline, alzheimer's disease, intermittent claudication, atherosclerosis, depression in elderly persons, impotence of vascular origin, macular degeneration, retinopathy, vertigo, asthma, depression, diabetes, migraine headaches, raynaud's disease, and tinnitus.
Bilberry is a close relative of the American blueberry, and is grown in Europe, Canada, and the United States. The berries are used in connection with Diabetes, macular degeneration, retinopathy, atherosclerosis, diarrhea, cataracts, night blindness, and varicose veins.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule two times a day with meals or a glass of water.
