What is it? Dandelion is grown commercially in the United States and Europe. The leaves and root are used in herbal supplements. Dandelion can be used in connection with: alcohol withdrawl support, constipation, edema (water retention), gallstones, indigestion, heartburn, liver support, and pregnancy and postpartum support.
Milk Thistle is found in a variety of places, including roadside. The seeds of the dried flower are used. It can be used in conjunction with the following: alcohol- related liver disease, cirrhosis of the liver, hepatitis, liver support, gallstones, and psoriasis.
CAUTION:Do NOT use if pregnant or lactating.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules a day with meals or a glass of water.
