A single remedy has one ingredient and we must match the symptom picture carefully in order to successfully choose a medicine that will work.
A homeopathic medicine is found based on an individuals particular set of symptoms. We try to match the totality of the individual's symptoms with the medicine. For this reason it is important to understand the "whole picture" or to know yourself better. For example, some people with a cold might have a runny nose with clear nasal discharge and other might have a fever and no runny nose.
Choosing a remedy
