An instant, hydrating, anti-inflammatory, age defying toner with fruit enzymes, powerful antioxidants and heavy water. D-beta glucosamine from Chinese Foxglove supports the skins hyaluronic acid production and keeps the skin in tighter alignment with one another. Perfect under nourishing creams and a must for dry climates and airplane travel.
Directions:
Mist skin after cleansing or whenever the skin feels dehydrated, even over makeup. Close eyes while misting. For best results, especially in dry climates, mist face every 2-3 hours.
Ingredients:
- aqua: Distilled water
- hamamelis: AKA witch hazel. Anti-inflammatory, wound healing, anti-itching, anti-carcinogenic, softening, with emollient properties that soothe irritated skin. From the leaves and bark of the plant.
- glycerin: A humectant and emollient from plants. It absorbs moisture from the air, and helps keep moisture in creams and other products.
- heavy water: This water naturally occurs in saline lakes and in deep sea water. It bonds more strongly than regular water with the skin and other connective tissue preventing the skin from drying out as quickly or as deeply. Has remarkable protective and preserving action on tissue.
- fruit enzymes: Skin refining properties. Protein (keratin) digesting enzymes that have the ability to digest dead skin cells on the surface of the skin, revealing a smooth, fresh appearance.
- pineapple extract: Contains bromelain, a keratin digesting enzyme.
- turmeric: Derived from an East Indian herb. Turmeric is a yellow coloring agent with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
- PBN: Very powerful antioxidant. Instead of destroying the rogue oxygen (free radical), it traps it then exports it into the respiratory cycle where it is utilized in tissue respiration. Also known as phenyl-butyl-nitrate or Spin Trap. From the nitrogen of plant roots.
- D-beta fructan: Escorts Vitamin C to the cells, promotes better quality collagen and elastin, supplies nitrogen to the skin, strengthens the skin’s immune cells, is an amino sugar that bolsters the skin’s ability to moisturize, strengthen and generally defend itself. - D-beta glucosamine: This amino sugar is a component of hyaluronic acid, one of the glycosaminoglycans (polysaccharide chains) that make up the extra cellular matrix (ground substance) of the dermis which contains elastin and collagen. These compounds bind water and are involved in the maintenance of the water and salt balance of the skin and keep the epidermis in tighter alignment with the dermis.
