

  
What is it? Garlic is similar to onion, and chives. It is grown in the United States, particularly in California. The bulb is used medicinally. Garlic can be used in connection with high blood pressure, high triglycerides, intermittent claudication, atherosclerosis, athlete's foot, bronchitis, high cholesterol, recurrent ear infections, HIV support, infection, influenza, parasites, peptic ulcer, raynaud's disease, vaginitis, and yeast infections.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two or three times a day with meals or a glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
