What is it? Ginger is a perennial plant grown in India, China, Mexico, and a few other countries. The rhizome (underground stem) is used for medicinal purposes. Ginger is most commonly used in connection with morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea and vomiting following surgery, atherosclerosis, migraine headaches, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Suggested Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules two to five times a day with meals or a glass of water. Store in a cool, dry place.
CAUTION: Persons with gallstones should consult a practitioner prior to use.
