Beneficial bacteria in our gut perform many important functions, such as modifying bile acids, cholesterol and hormones, and metabolizing and synthesizing vitamins (including vitamins K and B-12, and biotin).
Ingredients per Capsule:
Life Flora Mix 300 mg
Containing: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule) and maltodextrin.
Warning: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
Suggested Use: One capsule, with meals, three times daily for 4 or 5 days, then once daily.
