Beneficial bacteria in our gut perform many important functions, such as modifying bile acids, cholesterol and hormones, and metabolizing and synthesizing vitamins (including vitamins K and B-12, and biotin).

Life Flora Mix 500 mg
Containing: Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei, and Streptococcus thermophilus.
Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule).

Suggested Use: One capsule with meals, two to three times daily for 4 or 5 days, then once daily.
