To Use: Refregerate or freeze to cool. Heat with hot tap water ot use a 1,000 watt microwave to heat each slipper for 30 seconds. If needed, heat an additional 15 seconds each. Do not exceed 45 seconds of heat per slipper in a 1,000 watt microwave or may cause burning. Keep away from children and pets.
